Helping Teams Align, Decide, and Move — Together

For nearly 10 years, I’ve been immersed in the world of design thinking, collaboration strategies, and workshop facilitation — ever since I first discovered Sprint by Jake Knapp. That book led me to a certification course in Design Sprints, and I was forever hooked on the power of structured, creative collaboration.

Since then, I’ve continued to hone my craft:

  • I trained with AJ&Smart, one of the world’s top workshop facilitation organizations, through their Workshopper Master program.

  • I stay inspired and up-to-date on Gamestorming techniques, always exploring new ways to make collaboration engaging and effective.

  • I occasionally take courses with IDEO, the global leader in design thinking.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to human-centered design and inclusive practices. I believe great workshops break down bias and barriers. They invite vulnerability, encourage courage, and create space for real dialogue — and yes, they can be loads of fun too.

I draw inspiration from many sources, including Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead, integrating her principles of courage, connection, and clarity into how I design and facilitate every session.

If you’re ready to see how collaborative design can help your team align, decide, and act — let’s talk.
